
Elena Garidis
Elena Garidis is the Associate Director of Ecopreneurship, Partner Programs at Stanford University, where she leads externally facing programs, events, and initiatives to support and scale the ecopreneurship ecosystem at Stanford and beyond.
Combining entrepreneurial vision with her financial background, Elena has built her career at the intersection of sustainability and business innovation. As Co-Founder and COO/CFO of a data science, fintech startup, she gained experience leading fundraising efforts, developing public and private partnerships, and building a metrics-driven sales strategy. Her knack for translating complex financial information into actionable strategies began at J.P. Morgan Chase, where she supported relationships with international high-net-worth clients. Most recently, at Entrepreneur Ready, Elena coached hundreds of early-stage founders from communities of opportunity, helping them build financially sustainable, values-aligned businesses.
A systems thinker committed to change at scale through storytelling, Elena recently launched the “Seeds of Hope” podcast, featuring conversations with experts in regenerative agriculture and sustainable innovation. Her international perspective and fluency in English, German, and Greek enhance her ability to support diverse entrepreneurs and build global connections.
