Friday, May 3: Between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm use this link and enter your license plate number for complimentary parking in commuter ‘A’ and ‘C’ spaces anywhere on campus, including the lower levels of the Knight Management Center parking garage. It is not valid in visitor, ADA, or special permit spaces. Vehicle information can be registered in advance or the day of. Keep in mind you won’t get cell phone reception in the garage. AFTER 4:00 PM parking is free on campus, no permit required.

Saturday, May 4 and Sunday, May 5: Parking is free, no permit required. 

Yes. Children are welcome at the lunch and carnival on Saturday. This year we are also partnering with Stanford Camp Cardinal to provide childcare for ages 4-12 years old (campers must be in Kindergarten - 6th grade). Sign up here for Friday and/or Saturday.

Yes, there are private lactation rooms if needed. Please stop by the registration desk, and a staff member can help you.

We will have hand sanitizer and masks available, but also encourage you to bring your own. We have made an effort to choose venues with outdoor options for meals so everyone can participate comfortably. If visitors are positive for COVID-19 within ten days of being on campus, they should report using the General COVID-19 Case Reporting Form

No. Currently, Stanford University does not require proof of vaccination or testing, and masks are not required but strongly recommended indoors or in crowded outdoor settings.

If you are not feeling well or have been exposed to COVID-19, you must stay home. We appreciate you making the responsible decision and will offer you a full refund.
