I am a first-year PhD student in Organizational Behavior (Micro) at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. 

My current research examines motivation, bias, creativity, and emotion.  

I am from Hamburg, Germany, and received my MS in Organizational Behavior from the London School of Economics and Political Science, UK.
