Adaptation and Innovation for Sustainable Societies Conference

Ten social scientists with expertise in behavioral science, social-ecological systems, institutional change, anthropology, psychology, and other areas pertinent to biosocial/biocultural adaptation presented pioneering research and insights on key aspects of adaptation and innovation for sustainable societies. The presentations, and resulting discussions, addressed a range of issues including, but not limited to, climate change, biodiversity loss, and population, among other pressing challenges.

The Stanford Initiative on Business and Environmental Sustainability Research Conference Series is hosted by Stanford Graduate School of Business and the Stanford Doerr School of Sustainability.
