Training sessions will be led by Yifat Sharabi-Levine and Collins Dobbs at Stanford Graduate School of Business. Sessions will include a mix of class, T-group, and debriefing sessions.
In addition, trainees will have weekly reading and preparation assignments. Weekly preparation takes approximately two to three hours.

Spring Quarter 2024: Facilitate Student T-group with an Experienced Co-Facilitator
Each trainee will be assigned to one of the following four sections of the Interpersonal Dynamics course. Trainees will be paired with an experienced co-facilitator who will act as a mentor over the quarter. Each pair will facilitate a T-group of 12 MBA students. While trainees will have an opportunity to express a preference for a particular section, trainees should be prepared to be flexible regarding section assignment. Below is a sample schedule for Spring classes. Exact information about the scheduling of our Spring classes will be available at a later date. Please note that you may be asked to facilitate on Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday.
