Seed Transformation Program Study

We will conduct an intervention at the end of the Transformation Program in the year of 2015. We plan to expose participants of the program to two different types of messages that would help them reflect on different aspects of the program they just completed. These messages will be executed by local RAs, and the participants’ responses will be recorded by tape. We will then track participants’ involvement in the SEED community, the success/growth of their business, and the dissemination of their knowledge in the following months. Upon receiving the data, we’ll hire local RAs to code and organize the data for analysis.
