Bio
Dikla is a Lecturer in Management and a Leadership Coach at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. She teaches Leadership Labs, partnering with emerging leaders in their journey to develop their leadership signature and enhance their effectiveness on individuals, on teams, on organizations, and on the world. She has been facilitating experiential learning and leadership development processes for MBA students since 2006, through small group facilitation (Interpersonal Dynamics) and leadership coaching (Paths to Power, High Performance Leadership, Global Trip Leaders, Arbuckle Fellows, MSx program, and numerous Executive Education Programs).Â
External to Stanford, Dikla provides executive and team coaching to senior business professionals seeking to increase their leadership effectiveness. She delivered short-form academic courses to MBA students at INSEAD, and teaches at the Stanford Continuing Studies program. Her clients include executives, managers, and teams from companies such as Intuit, Cisco Systems, Google, Facebook, and Amazon.Â
Prior to her career as a leadership consultant and teacher, Dikla founded and managed an editing and publishing company, which specialized in textbooks for higher education and research institutions. Before that, she was the first female seamanship instructor in the Israeli Naval Academy.Â
Dikla holds coaching certifications from the International Coach Federation (PCC) and the Coaches Training Institute (CPPC). She received her MS in Organizational Development and Leadership from Fielding Graduate University.
