Research Statement
Lambert's research integrates behavioral science and people analytics to advance strategic human resource management. He examines how corporate sustainability practices shape firm reputation and performance. He also explores how workplace wellness programs help prevent burnout and reduce errors, as well as how artificial intelligence interventions influence employee well-being and productivity. He pursues a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and Computational Social Science from Stanford University, with joint training at UCSF Health. He holds an MPhil from the University of Cambridge and a BA from UC Berkeley.
