Abstract

Through this pilot study, we hope to characterize the treatment that has caused a change in agency amongst disadvantaged tribal community members as well as the dimensions and core attributes of that transformation. These characterizations will help us design a pilot study that will track subjects in their change in agency as they respond to a treatment designed around the principles derived out of this study. This pilot study would serve as the basis for a deeper randomized control trial that would test Agency Change Intervention Archetypes and enable the identification of a set of principles through which interventions aimed at development could be shaped.
